Cobra Reel / Duct Rod 100m – The task of pulling cables into underground pipes isn’t easy, as most people in the industry know. As underground burrowing technology advances, leaving conduit shafts of up to 1000-2000m long (as in the case with optic fibre cables) it is important that cable and pipe introducing isn’t left behind. Cobra conduit snakes are becoming indispensable, used in tandem with almost all moling applications. The durable fibreglass rod pushes itself effortlessly along the pipe as it automatically tries to straighten itself, through any obstruction it meets. This saves the time of feeding a cable back through the pipe and then pulling it all back again, with no obvious guarantee of success.
