Ordering Process

Equipment can be collected from a depot or we can offer delivery service direct to site. Same day, next day and timed deliveries are available nationwide.

Payment

One-off requirements

If your requirement is a one-off or you rarely hire tools or equipment, you can pay for your hire by Cash or Card. We simply require a monetary deposit (card) in addition to two forms of ID (i.e. Driving Licence & a Current Utility Bill)

Know where you stand

This facility is for customers who have a regular hire requirement and wish to settle upon completion of each hire.

Convenience

To open a Credit Account is straightforward and provides a solution to trade customers with a medium to high trading requirement. Statements are issued monthly and credit terms are strictly 30 days.

Hire Information

All cash hires require a monetary deposit plus two forms of identification, the hirer’s contact details and their address.

Hire rates are charged as per pricelist unless alternative email quote is given. All prices are in pounds sterling and exclude VAT.

Same day, next day or pre-booked deliveries are available. Rates are established by postcode area.

Equipment is not automatically collected at the end of the hire period as per our Terms & Conditions. To off-hire equipment please call or email the hire desk and ask for your unique off-hire reference. Collection can be arranged at this point if required.

The hirer is responsible for the safe-keeping and correct use of tools and equipment hired including taking out relevant insurance cover (click here for JCB Hired In Plant Insurance). Losses and damages are charged at full replacement or repair value. For more information see our Terms and Conditions or contact one of the Hire Team.
