This mobile 'NATO' work platform is a vertically adjustable wheeled platform used to position up to two personnel, plus their tools and equipment, at overhead locations in both hangers and airfield aprons when servicing aircraft.
It is also suitable for general access requirements. It comprises a frame containing a ram assembly and two pairs of scissor arms which support the cage. A ladder is fitted to the rear of the equipment to allow access to the platform.
Since the platform is not self propelling it normally requires towing to the desired location. It is however, capable of being manoeuvred by one person. It can either be connected to a suitable air supply or raised manually to a height of 2900mm, enabling personnel to carry out activities up to a height of approximately 4900mm.
Length: 2800mm Width: 1400mm Height: 3600mm Weight: 1200kg
